Clients should only ever see your agency. Branding lives in Settings, and only the workspace owner can change it.
Company
- Company Name appears in the portal, on invoices and in emails.
- Logo appears on the portal and on invoices. The browser-tab icon is made from it as a small square, and a wide logo is fitted inside rather than squashed.
- Invoice number prefix starts every invoice number, for example
INV.
Messaging
Turn on Send Emails from Chat and set the Email Address client replies should go to. Under Saved Replies you can keep answers you send often.
