Connect your own domain

Put your portal on portal.youragency.com with two DNS records.

Go to Settings → Workspace and add the hostname, such as portal.youragency.com.
ServeDeck shows two records to copy: a CNAME that points the hostname at us, and a TXT record that proves it is yours.
Add both where your domain's DNS is managed, such as Cloudflare, GoDaddy or Namecheap.
We check every minute. The status goes from Waiting for DNS to Securing while the certificate is issued, then Live.

On Cloudflare, set the CNAME to DNS only (grey cloud).
Most providers do not allow a CNAME on a root domain, so use a subdomain such as portal.
DNS changes can take from a few minutes to an hour to show.
Custom domains are included on plans that list them on the pricing page.
