A summary. The full text below is what applies.

1

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and ServeDeck, operated by an individual based in Indonesia("ServeDeck", "we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the service, you accept them. If you use ServeDeck for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it, and "you" means that company.

The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is part of this agreement.

2

The service

ServeDeck is a client portal for agencies. You use it to publish services and checkout links, take and deliver orders, talk with your clients, answer support tickets, and issue invoices and subscriptions, under your own name and, on plans that include it, your own domain.

Your clients sign in to your workspace to see their orders, invoices, subscriptions and tickets. They use it as your customers, under your terms with them; these terms are between ServeDeck and you.

3

Your workspace and team

  • You must be 18 or older and give accurate details when you sign up.
  • The workspace owner decides who joins the team and what role each person has. You are responsible for what your team does in the workspace.
  • Keep passwords to yourselves. Tell us straight away at support@servedeck.co if you think someone has got into your workspace.
4

Your clients

Your relationship with your clients is yours. You set your services, prices and policies, you deliver the work, and you deal with your clients' questions, complaints and refunds. ServeDeck is not a party to it.

  • You must have the right to add each client and their details to ServeDeck, and to contact them through it.
  • You are responsible for telling your clients how you handle their data, including that you use ServeDeck to do it.
  • Messages and invoices you send through ServeDeck are sent on your behalf and must be ones you are allowed to send.
5

Plans and payment

  • The free plan is free within its limits, such as the number of clients. Paid plans and their prices are listed on the pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars. We send an invoice for each period, with the ways to pay it.
  • A plan renews for the same period until you cancel. We will tell you before a price change affects your plan.
  • If an invoice stays unpaid, we may move the workspace to the free plan's limits or suspend it, after telling you.
  • Fees charged by your bank or payment provider, and any taxes on your side, are yours.
6

Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time by writing to support@servedeck.cofrom the workspace owner's address. The plan runs to the end of the period already paid and is not renewed. Your workspace then continues on the free plan, or we close it if you ask us to.

7

Refunds

Payments for a period that has started are not refunded. The exceptions are a charge we made in error, such as a duplicate or a wrong amount, which we refund once we confirm it, and any refund the law requires. Tell us about a billing error at support@servedeck.co.

8

Using the service fairly

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else do so, with the service;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages, or use ServeDeck to sell anything illegal, deceptive or harmful;
  • upload malware, or content you have no right to use;
  • get around plan limits, use another person's account, or access another workspace's data;
  • overload the service, or probe or attack its security;
  • copy, resell or rebuild the service itself.
9

Your data

What you and your clients put into ServeDeck, such as client records, orders, messages, files, invoices and your branding, stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. We do not sell it and do not use it to advertise.

For your clients' personal data, you decide what is collected and why, and we process it on your instructions. You can ask us for a copy of your workspace's data at any time.

10

Custom domains

You may only connect a domain you own or are authorised to use. A domain goes live only once its DNS records prove it points to ServeDeck, and we issue its certificate for you. If you remove the records, the domain stops working and your workspace stays available at its ServeDeck address.

11

Other companies’ services

ServeDeck relies on other companies, for example to host the service and to deliver email, and lets you connect accounts of your own, such as a payment provider. Their availability and their terms are outside our control. Your use of an account you connect is governed by your agreement with that provider.

12

Changes and availability

We work to keep ServeDeck available, but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever stop offering the service, we will give at least 60 days' notice so you can export your data and tell your clients.

13

Suspension and closing a workspace

We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or does not pay, where possible after telling you why. You can ask us to close your workspace at any time. When a workspace closes, we delete its data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.

14

Liability

ServeDeck is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

15

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, we will first try to settle it with you in good faith. If that fails, it will be decided by the competent courts of Indonesia, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

16

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the effective date at the top. If a change matters, we tell the workspace owner by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it applies; using the service after it takes effect means you accept it.
