Before you commit.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Solo is free for up to 10 clients, with no card needed to start. You only move up when you need more clients or a paid feature.
Do my clients pay ServeDeck anything?
No. ServeDeck charges your agency for the workspace. What your clients pay is between you and them, and they never see our name.
What counts as a client?
Each client account in your workspace. Your own team members are not clients and do not count towards the limit.
Is there a charge per team member?
No. There is no per-seat pricing. Add the people who deliver the work and the plan price stays the same.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Your clients, orders, invoices and settings stay exactly where they are when you move up or down.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for twelve months at once at a lower monthly rate, about 20% less than paying month to month.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed. There is no cancellation fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are not refunded for a period already started, except where the law requires it or we billed you in error. See the Terms of Service for the details.
