- On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password.
- Enter your email. We send a link to set a new password.
- Open the link from the same device and choose a new password.
No email after a few minutes? Check spam, and make sure you used the address your account was created with. Clients signing in to an agency's portal can do the same from that portal's sign-in page.
