Go to Settings → Order Status.
- Rename a status, and every order using it shows the new name.
- Choose a colour for each: Neutral, In progress, Needs attention, Done or Problem. The colour also decides how the status is counted on the dashboard.
- Use Move up and Move down to set the order statuses appear in.
